He serves as President of Tripoint Geological Services Ltd., VP Exploration at Red Pony Exploration Ltd., and Rare Earth Ridge Resources Corp. Darcy is also a Director at the Association for Mineral Exploration (AME) and a member of the EGBC Natural Resources and Hazards Advisory Group. He holds a B.Sc. in Earth Science from the University of Victoria and is a registered P.Geo

Dr. Lisa Palleson is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in public markets, fundraising, marketing, and business development across the US, Canada, and Asia. She holds a Ph.D. in Business with Honours from the U.K. Dr. Palleson has spearheaded several ventures achieving successful exits and is recognized for her strategic vision and leadership in the industry, instrumental in propelling Isla Quarry forward as a market leader.

Gary Eldridge brings over 30 years of expertise in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and start-up funding. Having founded and managed both public and private companies across multiple sectors, Gary’s financial insight and strategic acumen are pivotal to the growth and sustainability of Isla Quarry. His track record shows successful ventures from concept to realization, making him a cornerstone of the company’s leadership.

Robert Meister is an accomplished executive known for his expertise in transformative M&A activities and securing vital capital. Instrumental in the $189 million Alpha Minerals to Fission Uranium transaction, he has raised over $250 million in funding. Robert's extensive experience as a director in both private and publicly traded firms enriches his strategic insight, making him a critical asset to the Isla Quarry team.

Casper Bych, Advisor. Casper comes from a background incorporate finance and law, with more than 25 years of experience in the legal and financial industry. Casper is a securities lawyer who has worked with several national law firms in Vancouver, including Davis LLP (now DLA Piper LLP) and Lang Michener LLP (now McMillan LLP). Casper focused on M&A, securities law, and corporate commercial law.  Casper is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia. .
